Privacy policy

This explains what we collect when you run a scan or use an account, and who helps us process it.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you run a scan, join our list, or log in.
• Business details you enter: name, website, type of business, city and state.
• Scan results, website check results, and the fix list, questions and competitors you keep in your dashboard.
• A one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used only to limit free-scan abuse (not to identify you or track you across sites).

How scans work

We ask AI tools generic questions such as "best plumber in Phoenix, AZ." We do not send your name, email or business name to the AI providers. We also fetch the public homepage of the website you give us to check it for common issues.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers. Logging in stores a session token in your browser (via Supabase) so you stay signed in; that's the only thing we store locally.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase, for our database and login.
• Vercel, for hosting.
• OpenAI, Google and Perplexity, for the AI answers described above.
• Resend, for email, and Stripe, for payments, once those are turned on.

How long we keep it

We keep account and scan data while your account is active, so your score history and trend stay useful. Free-scan requests used only for abuse limiting are kept briefly and then aged out.

Children

This service is for business owners and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can download a copy of your data or delete your account and all of its data yourself at any time from your dashboard (bottom of the page), or by emailing the address below. We do not sell your data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date below and, where required, let you know.
