Terms of service

By using this service you agree to these terms.

What the service does

We test how AI tools respond to questions customers ask about local businesses, report how often your business is named, check your website for common issues, and suggest fixes.

No guarantees

AI answers vary from person to person and day to day. Our scores and reports describe what we observed in our tests. We do not promise any ranking, placement, recommendation or result, and we are not responsible for changes made by AI providers or search engines.

Your account

Keep your login secure. Use the service only for businesses you own or are authorized to represent, and do not misuse it, overload it, or try to access other customers' data.

Acceptable use

The outreach tool is for your own prospecting, not bulk or unsolicited mass email. Don't use the service to scrape, resell our reports as your own data product, or attempt to reverse engineer how scores are calculated for purposes other than fixing your own results.

Plans and cancellation

Paid plans, once available, are billed per location and run month to month. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend or end an account for violating these terms or for abusive use.

Ownership

TDM Search LLC owns the service, the software and the report format. You own the content you submit (your business details, questions and notes) and grant us the right to use it to run the service for you.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
